# AI And Memory

Revont's AI surfaces are distributed across the workflow rather than hidden in one page.

## Where to look

* **Live meeting assistance** is available from the meeting experience when the relevant capability is enabled.
* **Search and chat** are available from the protected app shell and help you find or ask about workspace information.
* **Knowledge Base** is an admin-gated area for articles, folders, imports, and knowledge organization.
* **Meeting detail** can expose memory and evidence connected to the meeting.
* **Coaching** turns analyzed meeting activity into rep-facing and admin-facing insights.

## A safe mental model

Use the AI surfaces to find context and propose next steps. Confirm record links, action ownership, and important customer details before treating generated content as final.
