# Quickstart

> Set up the Revont desktop workspace and follow one meeting through the app.

This quickstart takes you from sign-in to a complete first pass through your workspace.

## Get Started

  <Step title="Sign in and open Home">
    Launch the Revont desktop app and sign in. After authentication, select **Home** in the sidebar if it is not already open.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Expand the sidebar">
    If the navigation is collapsed, select **Expand Sidebar**. The sidebar contains **Core Modules**, **Custom Models**, **Insights**, and **Administration**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect an account">
    Select **Settings** in the sidebar, choose **Integrations**, and select **Connect** for Google or Microsoft under **Connected Accounts**. Complete the provider sign-in and authorization steps.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Communications Hub">
    Select **Communications Hub** in the sidebar. The page opens with the **Meetings** or **Emails** tab, depending on the tab you choose in the header.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a record">
    Select a meeting, email thread, client, deal, or contact. Review its details and use the available Chat area when you need help with that specific context.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review follow-through">
    Select **Actions** in the sidebar to review follow-up work. Select **Analytics & Reports** or **Coaching** under **Insights** when you want a broader performance view.

  Your sidebar and available actions depend on your role, workspace permissions, connected accounts, and enabled features. If a page is missing, ask your workspace administrator to confirm access.
