# Usage & Auto-Recharge

> Learn how Revont pools usage across your organization and automatically adds credits when your balance runs low.

# Usage & Auto-Recharge

Revont is designed so sales reps don't lose access to AI tools in the middle of their workday.

Call Hours and Revont Credits are managed at the **organization level**, while usage is still tracked for every individual user.

## Organization-wide allowances

Every active seat contributes usage to your organization's monthly pool.

For example, a company with 10 Revont seats receives:

* **600 Call Hours**
* **1,000 Revont Credits**

A sales rep who needs 80 Call Hours can use them even though each Revont seat contributes 60 hours to the pool, provided the organization has enough total hours remaining.

## Call Hour overages

When your organization exceeds its included monthly Call Hours, calls continue without interruption.

Additional usage is automatically billed based on your plan.

Admins can monitor total and individual call usage from the Revont Admin dashboard.

## Revont Credit Auto-Recharge

When your organization's Revont Credit balance gets low, Revont can automatically add more credits using the organization's billing method.

There is **no manual credit purchasing**.

Only organization admins can configure Auto-Recharge.

### Auto-Recharge packages

| 100 Credits   |  \$10 |
| 500 Credits   |  \$40 |
| 1,500 Credits |  \$99 |
| 5,000 Credits | \$249 |

Your organization selects its preferred recharge amount.

For example:

## Admin controls

Organization admins can configure:

* Whether Auto-Recharge is enabled
* The Auto-Recharge credit package
* The balance threshold that triggers a recharge
* Organization usage notifications

Regular users cannot purchase credits or change billing settings.

## Individual usage tracking

Although allowances are pooled, Revont tracks usage by user.

Admins can see:

This allows admins to understand usage patterns without having to assign and manage individual credit limits.

## Usage notifications

Revont can notify organization admins as usage approaches configured thresholds.

For example:

* 75% of monthly Call Hours consumed
* 90% of monthly Call Hours consumed
* Revont Credit balance below Auto-Recharge threshold
* Auto-Recharge successfully processed

  Auto-Recharge is designed to prevent AI features from becoming unavailable to sales reps because an organization has exhausted its included monthly credits.
