# Review Coaching Insights

> Use Coaching to review meeting feedback, trends, and development signals.

Open **Coaching** from the sidebar.

## Review Your Coaching

    Under **Insights**, select **Coaching**.

  <Step title="Choose a view">
    Review the coaching dashboard and choose the meeting, trend, skill, or learning view you want to inspect.

  <Step title="Open the details">
    Select a meeting or insight to open its detailed feedback.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use the feedback">
    Review the recommendation and use the linked meeting or record to apply it to your next follow-up.
