# Emails

> Find email threads, review related records, and use email actions in Communications.

Open **Communications Hub** from the sidebar, then select **Emails** in the header.

## Find An Email Thread

    Select **Communications Hub** in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Emails">
    Select **Emails** in the header.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Search or filter">
    Use **Search...**, the client or deal filters, the sharing filter, or the activity filters to narrow the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the thread">
    Select an email thread in the left panel. Its messages and details open in the right panel.
  </Step>

## Work With A Thread

Review the messages in the thread, then use the available thread actions. Open related client or deal records when you need more context.

You can also use the thread Chat area to ask about the conversation, draft a response, or identify follow-up work.
