# CRM Integrations

> Connect, map, review, and monitor the two-way CRM integration.

CRM Integrations is an admin surface for the two-way CRM sync.

## Tabs

* **Connections** connects or disconnects Salesforce or HubSpot and starts a sync.
* **Records** browses and selects CRM records to sync.
* **Field Mapping** edits per-field Revont-to-CRM mappings.
* **Owner Mapping** maps Revont users to CRM owners.
* **Stage Mapping** maps pipeline and stage values.
* **Review Queue** reviews and resolves deduplication candidates.
* **Activity Log** shows sync activity and conflicts.

The page requires the CRM Integrations feature and a read permission. Write controls have their own access checks.

  Connect only one active CRM provider when the app indicates that mapping is provider-specific. Review mappings and deduplication candidates before applying changes.
