# Connect And Map A CRM

> Connect a CRM integration and review its records, fields, and ownership mapping.

Open **CRM Integrations** from the sidebar.

## Connect A CRM

  <Step title="Open CRM Integrations">
    Under **Administration**, select **CRM Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Connections">
    Select **Connections**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect the provider">
    Choose **Connect** for Salesforce or HubSpot, then complete the provider authorization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable synchronization">
    After the connection is ready, select **Enable Two-Way Sync** if you want Revont and the CRM to keep changes synchronized.
  </Step>

When synchronization is enabled, use **Sync Now** for an immediate sync or **Disable Sync** to pause it. **Disconnect** removes the provider connection.

## Review CRM Mapping

Use the tabs in **CRM Integrations** to review each part of the connection:

* **Records** lets you browse and select CRM records to sync.
* **Field Mapping** connects CRM fields to Revont fields. Use **Save Mappings** after editing.
* **Owner Mapping** connects CRM owners to Revont users.
* **Stage Mapping** connects CRM pipeline stages to Revont stages.
* **Activity Log** shows sync activity and conflicts.

  CRM integration changes can affect synced records. Make changes only when you have the required administrator access.
