# Import And Organize Knowledge

> Organize folders and review imported Knowledge Base content before it is added.

Open **Knowledge Base** from the sidebar.

## Organize Folders

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the folder tree">
    Under **Administration**, select **Knowledge Base**, then review the folders in the left panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a group">
    Select **New Group**, enter the group name, and save it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Move a folder">
    Drag a folder to its new location in the folder hierarchy.
  </Step>

## Review An Import

When you import content, Revont opens the import review flow. Review the proposed articles and their destination folders in the import stepper before completing the import.

  Imported content is not ready for your team until you complete the review flow and confirm the import.
