Communications Hub is the shared workspace for meeting activity and email activity. Open Communications Hub from the sidebar. The header then gives you two tabs:
  • Meetings opens the meeting queue and calendar-oriented activity.
  • Emails opens the email workspace.
The sidebar child item is called Meetings & Calendar. After you open the hub, the page header uses the shorter Meetings label.

Meeting Actions

Meeting cards can expose actions such as:
  • Join when a meeting link is available.
  • Prep for an upcoming meeting when preparation is available.
  • Schedule Meeting from the meeting surface.
  • Start Meeting for a new meeting or a voice memo flow.
  • Open the meeting detail page for the full record.

Email Actions

The Emails tab uses a master-detail layout with the thread list on one side and the selected thread on the other. Select a thread to review its messages and available compose, share, link, or attachment controls.

Search, Filters, And Sync

The shared header includes Search…, client and deal filters, and a sharing filter when your account can browse shared activity. The header also displays sync status and provides the available sync control.
If only one tab appears, your account may have access to only one of the two Communications capabilities. Revont automatically opens an available tab when the requested tab is not readable.
