What is a Revont Credit?

Revont Credits are the usage currency for AI-powered actions outside of your live calls. Instead of showing your team technical measurements such as model tokens, Revont converts AI usage into a simple credit system.
Live call transcription, real-time guidance, and call analytics are covered by your Call Hours and do not consume Revont Credits.

What uses Revont Credits?

Credits are primarily used when a user actively asks Revont to generate, analyze, or process information.
Credit usage for larger operations may vary depending on the amount of information Revont needs to process. Revont always displays the required credits before a high-usage action is performed.

What doesn’t use Revont Credits?

The following are covered by your monthly Call Hour allowance:
  • Live transcription
  • Real-time AI sales guidance
  • Objection detection
  • Live call suggestions
  • Per-call analytics
  • Post-call processing
  • Standard call summaries
  • Talk-time and conversation analytics
This separates Revont into two simple usage measurements:

Call Hours

Measures your team’s live Revont call usage.

Revont Credits

Measures user-initiated generative AI actions.

Credits are pooled across your organization

Each paid seat contributes credits to the organization’s shared monthly allowance.

Revont

100 Credits per seat 10 seats = 1,000 shared monthly credits

Revont Pro

250 Credits per seat 10 seats = 2,500 shared monthly credits A user can consume more than their per-seat contribution as long as the organization still has credits available.

Monthly vs. recharged credits

Your subscription includes a new credit allowance every billing cycle. Included credits reset when your next billing cycle begins. Credits added through Auto-Recharge are tracked separately and remain available until they are consumed while your organization maintains an active Revont subscription. Revont consumes your included monthly credits first, followed by any remaining Auto-Recharge credits.
