  • Connections connects or disconnects Salesforce or HubSpot and starts a sync.
  • Records browses and selects CRM records to sync.
  • Field Mapping edits per-field Revont-to-CRM mappings.
  • Owner Mapping maps Revont users to CRM owners.
  • Stage Mapping maps pipeline and stage values.
  • Review Queue reviews and resolves deduplication candidates.
  • Activity Log shows sync activity and conflicts.
The page requires the CRM Integrations feature and a read permission. Write controls have their own access checks.
Connect only one active CRM provider when the app indicates that mapping is provider-specific. Review mappings and deduplication candidates before applying changes.
