Communications Hub is the shared activity surface for meetings and email.

Choose A Tab

Use the segmented tab control in the page header:
  • Meetings for the meeting queue, calendar, upcoming activity, and meeting preparation.
  • Emails for the email list and the selected thread detail.
The sidebar child item is Meetings & Calendar. After the hub opens, the header uses the shorter Meetings label. The page can automatically switch to the readable tab when a direct link targets a tab the current user cannot access.

Search And Filter

The header supports Search…, client and deal filters, and a sharing filter with options such as Sharing: Any, Shared By Me, and Shared With Me. Depending on your permissions, you may also see Filter by team members.

Meetings

Meeting cards can expose Join, Prep, and rescheduling controls. The page also provides Schedule Meeting and Start Meeting flows. Select a meeting to open its detail route.

Emails

The Emails tab uses a master-detail layout. Select a thread to open its detail, then use the actions available for that thread, including compose, reply, linking, sharing, and attachment actions when enabled.

Sync

Use the page sync control when you need a manual refresh. Email and calendar incremental sync can also run when their tab becomes active. The header displays the current sync state and surfaces errors when a sync cannot start.
