What the page can show
The current coaching surface is composed of skill mastery, growth signals, meeting feedback, learning path, goals, and rep memory panels. The exact panels shown depend on the viewer state. Select a team member or a coaching item when the page offers a drill-down. Use the breadcrumb to return to the broader Coaching view.Coaching is feature-gated. Empty states are meaningful: they may indicate that the workspace has not accumulated enough analyzed meetings yet.
