Under Insights, select Coaching.

Choose a view
Review the coaching dashboard and choose the meeting, trend, skill, or learning view you want to inspect.

Open the details
Select a meeting or insight to open its detailed feedback.

Use the feedback
Review the recommendation and use the linked meeting or record to apply it to your next follow-up.
Team and administrative coaching views may only be visible to users with the required permissions.
