Organize Folders

Open the folder tree

Under Administration, select Knowledge Base, then review the folders in the left panel.

Create a group

Select New Group, enter the group name, and save it.

Move a folder

Drag a folder to its new location in the folder hierarchy.

Review An Import

When you import content, Revont opens the import review flow. Review the proposed articles and their destination folders in the import stepper before completing the import.
Imported content is not ready for your team until you complete the review flow and confirm the import.
