Dashboards in Revont let you assemble the call metrics and team KPIs that matter most to your organization into a single, shareable view. Instead of navigating across multiple reports, you can build purpose-built dashboards for different audiences — a weekly rep performance summary for your 1:1s, a high-level coaching health view for your VP, or a focused objection-tracking board for your enablement team — and keep everyone looking at the same numbers.

Creating a dashboard

1

Open Dashboards

Go to Analytics → Dashboards → New Dashboard.
2

Name your dashboard

Give the dashboard a clear name and an optional description so teammates understand its purpose at a glance.
3

Add your first widget

Click Add Widget to open the widget configuration panel.
4

Choose a metric type

Select the type of metric you want to track:
  • Call volume — Total calls logged over a period
  • Coaching score — Playbook adherence scores across reps or groups
  • Talk ratio — Rep-to-prospect speaking balance
  • Action items completed — Follow-through on post-call tasks
  • Playbook coverage — How consistently topics are being addressed
5

Configure and save the widget

Set your preferred filters — date range, specific reps, or groups — then click Save Widget. The widget appears on your dashboard canvas.
6

Publish the dashboard

Repeat the process for any additional widgets you want to include, arrange them on the canvas to your liking, and click Publish Dashboard to make it live.

Widget types

Each widget you add to a dashboard serves a different purpose. Choose the type that best fits how you want to present the data.
Widget typeBest used for
Number cardA single, prominent KPI — for example, average coaching score this week
Bar chartComparing reps or groups against each other across a single metric
Line chartShowing how a metric changes over a defined time range
LeaderboardA ranked list of reps ordered by a metric you choose
Call listA filtered, scrollable list of calls that match criteria you define
You can add multiple widgets of the same type if you want to track the same metric across different rep groups or time windows side by side.

Sharing dashboards

Once a dashboard is published, click Share to control who can see it and how. You have three sharing options:
  • Share with specific teammates — Enter their email addresses to give named individuals access. They’ll receive a notification and can view the dashboard when logged into Revont.
  • Generate a shareable link — Creates a read-only link that anyone can open without logging in. Useful for sharing a snapshot with stakeholders outside your Revont workspace.
  • Embed in an external tool — Copy the provided embed code to display the dashboard inside another platform, such as a sales wiki, internal portal, or BI tool.
Shareable links and embed views are always read-only — recipients cannot edit the dashboard or access any underlying call recordings.

Scheduled exports

If you want your team to receive a regular summary without having to log in and check manually, you can automate dashboard delivery. Click Schedule on any dashboard to configure a recurring export:
  • Choose a cadence: daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Select the recipients — yourself, specific teammates, or a distribution list
  • Snapshots are delivered as PDFs attached to an automated email
Scheduled exports are a practical way to keep leadership or cross-functional stakeholders in the loop on call performance without requiring them to access Revont directly.
Dashboards are workspace-wide by default. Any Admin or Manager can view all published dashboards. Reps can only see dashboards that have been explicitly shared with them.
