How Revont uses your calendar
Once your calendar is connected, Revont continuously monitors your upcoming meetings so it’s always ready when your next call starts. Specifically, Revont:- Detects meetings with video conferencing links — Revont recognizes Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links embedded in calendar invites.
- Displays upcoming calls in the Revont sidebar — You’ll see a list of detected calls up to 24 hours ahead, so you can review and manage them before they start.
- Joins calls automatically when they start — If auto-join is enabled, Revont enters the meeting as soon as it begins.
- Associates call records with meeting attendees — Revont uses the attendee list from the calendar invite to link the call record to the right contacts in your CRM.
Revont only reads calendar events — it never modifies, creates, or deletes calendar entries.
Auto-join settings
Control how and when Revont joins detected calls. Go to Settings → Calls → Auto-Join to choose one of the following modes:| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Always join | Revont joins every call it detects as soon as it starts. |
| Ask before joining | You receive a prompt 2 minutes before each call and can confirm or decline. |
| Never auto-join | Revont does not join calls automatically. You manually start each session from the Revont app when you’re ready. |
