When you connect Revont to your CRM, every call you complete automatically writes back to the right record — no copy-pasting, no missed follow-ups. Revont matches the prospect by email address and logs the call summary, action items, and activity details directly to the contact or deal in Salesforce or HubSpot within minutes of the call ending.

Supported CRMs

  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
  • HubSpot CRM
Need to connect a different CRM? You can push Revont data to any CRM that accepts incoming data using the REST API or webhooks.

Connecting Salesforce

1

Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM → Salesforce.
2

Authorize the connection

Click Connect with Salesforce. You’ll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize the connection.
3

Sign in with the right user

5

Configure field mapping

Map Revont data fields to your Salesforce fields. See Field mapping below.

Connecting HubSpot

Field mapping

After connecting your CRM, you configure how Revont data maps to CRM fields. The table below shows the defaults and your customization options.
Revont dataDefault CRM destinationNotes
Call summaryCall / Activity Notes fieldEditable — you can point this to any long-text field
Action itemsTasks on the contact or deal recordOne task is created per action item extracted
Call date and durationCall Activity logLogged automatically with every synced call
Coaching score(not mapped by default)Requires a custom field in your CRM — create it first, then map it here

Coaching score custom field

Revont’s AI coaching score is an optional numeric field (0–100). To sync it, you need to create a custom field in your CRM first:
  • Salesforce — Create a custom Number field on the Task or Activity object and name it something like Revont_Coaching_Score__c.
  • HubSpot — Create a custom Number property on the Activity object.
Once the field exists, return to Settings → Integrations → CRM → Field Mapping and map Coaching score to the field you created.

How sync works

Sync happens automatically within 5 minutes of a call ending. Revont uses the following logic:
  1. Revont looks up the prospect’s email address in your CRM.
  2. If a matching contact is found, the call activity is logged to that contact (and to any associated open deal or opportunity, if one exists).
  3. If no matching contact is found, Revont creates a new contact using the prospect’s email, name, and company (where available).
You can change step 3 to Skip unmatched contacts instead of creating new ones. Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM → Sync Behavior and toggle the Create new contacts setting off.
Revont uses the prospect’s email address to match CRM contacts. Make sure email addresses are accurate in your calendar invites — a missing or misspelled email will result in a new duplicate contact being created.
