After every call, Revont automatically produces a structured summary so you never have to scramble to write up your notes. Within minutes of hanging up, you have a clear, shareable record of what was discussed, what was decided, and what needs to happen next — ready for your CRM, your manager, or your own follow-up workflow.

What’s in a summary

A Revont call summary is organized into six sections, each serving a distinct purpose:
A 2–4 sentence narrative of what the call covered and its outcome. The overview gives anyone — a manager, a colleague taking over the deal, or a future version of you — the essential context without needing to read the full transcript.
Timestamped highlights pulled directly from the transcript. Key moments flag significant points in the conversation, such as when a specific objection was raised, when a stakeholder was mentioned, or when a commitment was made. Click any timestamp to jump to that moment in the recording.
A structured list of every objection the prospect raised during the call, along with a record of how each one was addressed. This section helps you spot patterns across deals and refine your objection-handling over time.
A clear record of what both parties agreed to during the call — pricing discussions, scope decisions, trial extensions, and any other commitments made on either side. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Suggested follow-up actions based on the conversation. Revont identifies tasks implied by the discussion and surfaces them here before they’re finalized as action items. You can promote any next step to a tracked action item with one click.
A score that reflects how closely the rep followed the active playbook during the call — covering talk track adherence, objection handling, and key topic coverage. Coaching scores are visible to both reps and managers and feed directly into the Analytics dashboard.

Accessing summaries

To view a call summary:
  1. Go to Calls in the sidebar.
  2. Select the call you want to review.
  3. The Summary tab opens by default.
Summaries are ready within 2 minutes of a call ending. If the summary is still processing, the tab displays a progress indicator and refreshes automatically when it’s ready.

Sharing summaries

You can share a call summary with anyone — even people who don’t have a Revont account:
  • Click Share at the top of the summary to copy a shareable link.
  • Recipients can view the summary in a read-only browser view with no login required.
  • Click Export to download the summary as a PDF.
  • Click Push to CRM to send the summary directly to the associated contact or opportunity record in Salesforce or HubSpot.

Editing summaries

The AI-generated summary is a starting point, not a final document. You can manually edit any section — clarify wording, add context, or remove details that aren’t relevant to your CRM record. All edits are tracked with a full revision history, so you can see what changed and when. The original AI-generated version is always preserved and recoverable from the revision history panel at any time.
Summary quality improves with well-structured playbooks. The more context Revont has about your sales process — your stages, your common objections, your key topics — the more relevant and accurate your summaries will be.
