PrerequisitesBefore you begin, make sure you have the following:
- A Revont account — sign up for free at app.revont.ai
- Admin access to your Revont workspace if you’re setting Revont up for a team
- A supported video conferencing tool: Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
Setup steps
Sign in to Revont
Go to app.revont.ai and sign in with Google or your company SSO. If this is your first time signing in, Revont prompts you to create a workspace — give it your company name and choose whether you’re setting it up for yourself or your team. Your workspace is the central hub where all your calls, team members, playbooks, and settings live.
Connect your calendar
Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar and click Connect next to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Authorize the permissions when prompted. Once connected, Revont scans your upcoming meetings and automatically detects calls that match your video conferencing setup. You’ll see those meetings appear in the Calls dashboard as scheduled sessions.
Connect your video conferencing tool
Go to Settings → Integrations → Video Conferencing and connect Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Revont joins your calls as a silent AI participant — your prospects and other attendees won’t be prompted to interact with it or install anything. Once this integration is active, Revont will automatically join any calendar meeting that includes a supported video conferencing link.
Join a call
Start or join a scheduled meeting as you normally would. Revont’s assistant panel appears on-screen alongside your video conferencing window, displaying live guidance as the conversation unfolds. You’ll see relevant talk tracks, objection responses, and battle cards surface in real time — no manual input needed. Your prospect and other attendees see nothing on their end.
Review your summary
After the call ends, open the Calls tab in the sidebar. Your AI-generated summary is ready within 2 minutes and includes a structured recap of the conversation, a list of extracted action items, a full transcript with speaker labels, and a coaching score with highlights. From here you can edit the summary, reassign action items, or push everything directly to your CRM.
Next steps
Now that you’ve completed your first AI-assisted call, here’s where to go next:- Live call guidance — Learn how the AI assistant surfaces guidance in real time and how to customize what triggers a card.
- CRM integration — Connect Salesforce or HubSpot so action items and call notes sync automatically to your contact records.
- Playbooks — Build and manage talk tracks, objection responses, and battle cards to tailor Revont’s guidance to your team’s sales motion.
